Baseball Recap: Stagg Delta Kings vs. Weston Ranch Cougars
After having lost a blowout in their previous game, Stagg was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Weston Ranch Cougars by a score of 10-5. This was a revenge game for the Delta Kings: when they faced off against the Cougars last Wednesday, they had to take a 12-1 loss.
Sebastian Ramirez was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off three hits (and only one walk). Ramirez was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.

In other batting news, Stagg let Michael Hutchinson and Jackson Brooks run wild. Hutchinson went 1-for-2 with four RBI, one run, and one double, while Brooks scored two runs while going 2-for-4.
