Basketball Game Preview: Bucyrus Redmen vs. Buckeye Central Bucks

The Bucyrus Redmen will head out to challenge the Buckeye Central Bucks at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. Bucyrus will come in still looking for their first win of the season.

On Wednesday, Bucyrus didn't have quite enough to beat Plymouth and fell 41-38.

Meanwhile, 2025 welcomed Buckeye Central with a 58-33 loss courtesy of Upper Sandusky on Saturday. The Bucks haven't had much luck with the Rams recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.

Bucyrus' loss dropped their record down to 0-9. As for Buckeye Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.

Bucyrus didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Buckeye Central when the teams last played back in February of 2024, but they still walked away with a 52-46 win. Does Bucyrus have another victory up their sleeve, or will Buckeye Central turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
