Lee's Summit West is 9-1 against Raymore-Peculiar since April of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Titans will host the Panthers at 6:30 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Lee's Summit West has three straight victories, Raymore-Peculiar has 17 straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the pitch.

Lee's Summit West's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They came out on top against Liberty North by a score of 2-0. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since March 28, 2024, but that streak is no more.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Raymore-Peculiar's offense. They lost 5-0 to Lee's Summit North on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Raymore-Peculiar can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri soccer rankings (they are ranked 168th, while Lee's Summit North are ranked 44th).

Raymore-Peculiar's loss dropped their record down to 0-17. As for Lee's Summit West, their win bumped their record up to 10-5.

Lee's Summit West took their victory against Raymore-Peculiar in their previous matchup back in April by a conclusive 7-0 score. Will the Titans repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
