Horizon (Thornton, Colo.) took an early lead against Northglenn (Colo.) and held on for a 52-0 victory on Saturday.
The Hawks put up 21 points in the opening frame. Horizon scored on a
Gunnar Campbell touchdown run, a touchdown run by
Dominick Castiglione and an
Ayden Karraker touchdown run.
After taking the lead on a Campbell touchdown run in the first quarter, HHS was up 45-0 at the half.

The win was a nice bounce back for Horizon, which lost to Regis Jesuit last week, 26-7. The loss was the third in a row for the Norsemen. The win broke Horizon's two-game losing streak.
Northglenn (0-3) goes up against Rangeview in a non-conference game matchup next week, while Horizon (1-2) locks horns with Columbine also in a non-conference game.
