If the Haslett Vikings were riding high off their 65-19 takedown of the Fowlerville Gladiators on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Haslett lost to Rockford at home by a decisive 46-32 margin on Saturday. It was the first time this season that Haslett let down their fans at home.

Haslett's defeat ended a 15-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 12-5. As for Rockford, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 15-1.

Haslett will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Lansing Catholic at 7:00 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Michigan (Haslett is ranked 57th, while Lansing Catholic is ranked 61st). As for Rockford, they will head out on the road to challenge Grand Haven at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Grand Haven will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Rockford surely won't give up without a fight.
