Softball Recap: Randolph County Triumphs

With a playoff win on the line, Randolph County rose to the challenge on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Hanceville Bulldogs, sneaking past 12-11.

Randolph County is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-11 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.8 runs over those games. As for Hanceville, their loss dropped their record down to 15-18-1.

Randolph County has already played their next game, a 10-7 victory against Collinsville on the 6th. As for Hanceville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, an 11-2 defeat against Ohatchee on the 5th.
