Volleyball Recap: Folsom Starts Season with Victory Against Vacaville + How To Watch

Folsom had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against Vacaville by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday. Folsom hasn't had any issues with Vacaville recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

The victory didn't come easy: Vacaville scored at least 19 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 27-25, 23-25, 25-20.

Khloe Wong had an outrageously good game as she had 15 digs and two aces. She has been hot, having posted 14 or more digs the last six times she's played.

Wong wasn't the only good server: Folsom was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in October of 2024.

Vacaville is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-4.

Folsom has already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against Marin Catholic on the 28th. As for Vacaville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-2 loss against Oak Ridge on the 28th.
