After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Kingston, Lone Grove was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They breezed by the Elmore City-Pernell Badgers to the tune of 59-27. That looming 59-27 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Longhorns yet this season.

Lone Grove's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for Elmore City-Pernell, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season.
