San Joaquin Memorial had lost 17 straight at home dating back to last season, but on Friday they dropped their record down to 0-15 to make it 18. They lost 22-4 to the Roosevelt Rough Riders. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Rough Riders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in April.

Audrey Boyer made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. She is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Isabella Sandoval, who went 1-for-2 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

As for Roosevelt, the win got them back to even at 12-12. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

On Roosevelt's side, Iyanna Molano and Melaney Ortiz made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Molano pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Meanwhile, Ortiz pitched 1.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. At bat, Molano went 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple, while Ortiz got on base in all five of her plate appearances with four runs and two RBI. Those four runs gave Ortiz a new career-high.
