Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lee-Scott Academy). They never let the Autauga Academy Generals get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory on Tuesday. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 42nd, while the Generals are ranked 167th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lee-Scott Academy pushed their record up to 6-2 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those four matches. As for Autauga Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-5.

Coming up, Lee-Scott Academy will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Smiths Station at 6:00 p.m. Smiths Station will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something Lee-Scott Academy surely won't give up without a fight. Autauga Academy will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Alabama Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on April 11th.
