Football Recap: Parkway Central Takes a Loss

Parkway Central lost against Hazelwood East back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Colts were dealt a 40-6 defeat at the hands of the Spartans.

Parkway Central's loss was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Hazelwood East, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Parkway Central will challenge rival Parkway North at 6:30 p.m. on the 12th. Meanwhile, Hazelwood East is set to face off against their familiar foe McCluer at 1:00 p.m. on the 13th.
