Elko faced Fernley in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Indians walked away with a 12-9 victory over the Vaqueros. This was a revenge game for the Indians: when they faced off against the Vaqueros on Saturday, they had to take a 9-6 defeat.
