Volleyball Game Preview: Herreid/Selby Wolverines vs. Sunshine Bible Academy Crusaders

Herreid/Selby has won three straight games at home, while Sunshine Bible Academy has won three straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Tuesday. The Wolverines will host the Crusaders at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Tuesday, Herreid/Selby sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-2 win over Roncalli.

Herreid/Selby was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 25-27, 25-19, 18-25, 25-22, 15-10.

Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Sunshine Bible Academy had no problem doing just that on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Sioux.

While Sunshine Bible Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-10, 25-22.

Herreid/Selby's victory bumped their record up to 23-6. As for Sunshine Bible Academy, their win bumped their record up to 7-20.
