Soccer Recap: Kimball Comes Up Short

Kimball was the 4-2 winner over Carter when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Kimball Knights fell just short of the Carter Cowboys by a score of 2-1 on Wednesday.

Kimball's goal came courtesy of Ivan Arellano, who's now up to six this season.

Kimball's defeat dropped their record down to 13-5-3. As for Carter, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-8-1.

Looking ahead, Kimball will head out to square off against Inspired Vision at 11:30 a.m. on Monday. As for Carter, they have already played their next contest, a 4-2 victory against Madison on the 8th.
