If Smoky Valley was riding high fresh off their 43-0 takedown of Belle Plaine last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Smoky Valley Vikings came up short against the Haven Wildcats on Friday, falling 42-16. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Vikings of the 50-28 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2023.
