St. Johns beats Alchesay for their sixth straight win

The St. Johns Redskins had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 35.2 points), and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They came out on top against Alchesay by a score of 16-8. That's another feather in the cap for St. Johns, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
St. Johns' win was their fourth straight on the road, which bumped their overall record up to 7-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.0 points per game. As for Alchesay, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-4 record this season.
St. Johns will head out on the road to face off against Camp Verde at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Camp Verde's favor is that they have now posted big point totals every time they've taken the field this season. Alchesay does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
