Volleyball Game Preview: School for Entrepreneurship & Technology Lions vs. San Diego Academy Cavaliers

The School for Entrepreneurship & Technology Lions will challenge the San Diego Academy Cavaliers at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

San Diego Academy will be up against a hot School for Entrepreneurship & Technology team: the squad just extended their winning streak to three. Everything went the Lions' way against Bonsall on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Lions not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 11th.

Meanwhile, San Diego Academy entered their tilt with Bonsall on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Legionnaires.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-13, 25-17.

School for Entrepreneurship & Technology better focus on containing Josue Flores and Dustin Jewell as the pair were huge in San Diego Academy's win. Flores had 18 digs and two aces, while Jewell had 14 assists and six digs. That's the most aces Flores has posted over his last seven matches.

San Diego Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in three consecutive games.

San Diego Academy's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-5. As for School for Entrepreneurship & Technology, their win bumped their record up to 9-10.
