Volleyball Recap: Thursday's Win Is Mahar Regional's Sixth in Last Eight Outings + How To Watch

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Mahar Regional walked away with it. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Southbridge Pioneers on Thursday.

Mahar Regional had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-15, 25-12, 25-23.

Mahar Regional has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season. As for Southbridge, the loss snapped their winning streak at seven matches and leaves them with a 11-10 record.

As of now, neither Mahar Regional nor the Pioneers have any future games scheduled.
