It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Weatherford had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They took their matchup with ease, bagging a 74-42 win over the Woodward Boomers. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 19 games by 22 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Weatherford's 16th in a row) raised their record to 26-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.9 points over those games. As for Woodward, their defeat ended a ten-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-6.

Looking ahead, Weatherford will square off against Kingfisher at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Woodward does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
