Volleyball Recap: Coral Springs Charter Comes Up Short

Coral Springs Charter lost against Monarch back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Panthers fell 3-1 to the Knights.

While Coral Springs Charter ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-23, 23-25, 25-18.

Coral Springs Charter's loss dropped their record down to 5-14. As for Monarch, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

Coral Springs Charter will welcome Don Soffer Aventura at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Panthers are facing the Barracuda at the right time seeing as the Barracuda are stuck on a ten-game losing streak. As for Monarch, they will head out on the road to face off against Olympic Heights at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Lions will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Knights surely won't give up without a fight.
