Soccer Game Preview: Rio Vista vs. Mesa Verde

On Tuesday, Rio Vista was able to grind out a solid win over Golden Sierra, taking the game 3-1.

The Rams hit the Grizzlies with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from David Torres, Samuel Antunez, and Daniel Ornelas.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Mesa Verde's offense. They lost 4-0 to Highlands on Tuesday. The defeat continues a trend for Mesa Verde in their meetings with Highlands: they've now lost three in a row.

Mesa Verde's loss dropped their record down to 3-7-3. As for Rio Vista, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2-2.
