Volleyball Recap: Chestatee Takes a Loss

Chestatee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the West Hall Spartans. The War Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Spartans earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Chestatee was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The final score came out to 25-13, 25-22.

Chestatee's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for West Hall, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-8.

Coming up, Chestatee will face off against East Hall at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Hall, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Commerce at 7:00 p.m.
