Football Recap: Palmer Starts Season with Victory at Home

Palmer gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They put the hurt on The Vanguard School Coursers with a sharp 26-0 victory.

Palmer didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Kennedy Berry and Natalyah Amos. Berry got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Palmer is set to face off against their familiar foe Colorado Springs Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, The Vanguard School will take on rival Coronado at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be the Coursers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
