Mascoma is 10-0 against Newfound Regional since February of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Mascoma Royals will host the Newfound Regional Bears at 6:30 p.m. Mascoma knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Newfound Regional likes a good challenge.

Last Friday, Mascoma made easy work of Monadnock and carried off a 70-45 victory. The Royals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 25 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Newfound Regional scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 83-72 to Hillsboro-Deering. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Tuesday (70), the Bears still had to take the loss.

Mascoma pushed their record up to 8-1 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.1 points. As for Newfound Regional, their loss dropped their record down to 6-4.

Everything came up roses for Mascoma against Newfound Regional in their previous matchup back in December of 2024, as the team secured a 71-40 victory. Will Mascoma repeat their success, or does Newfound Regional have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
