Baseball Recap: Hamburg Comes Up Short

Hamburg lost against Crossett on April 1st, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lions fell 9-4 to the Eagles. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hamburg's loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Crossett, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hamburg will square off against Woodlawn at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Crossett, they will challenge Warren at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
