Basketball Game Preview: Community School of Naples Seahawks vs. North Port Bobcats

Having just played yesterday, the Community School of Naples Seahawks will get right back to it and host the North Port Bobcats at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Tuesday, Community School of Naples was able to grind out a solid victory over Lely, taking the game 58-47. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Seahawks.

Meanwhile, North Port posted their closest win since December 17, 2024 on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 66-63 victory over Bayshore. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Bobcats have posted against the Bruins since January 16, 2020.

Community School of Naples has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 12-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.5 points per game. As for North Port, their victory bumped their record up to 5-16.

Community School of Naples came up short against North Port in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, falling 63-52. Thankfully for Community School of Naples, Elijah Lubsey (who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
