Volleyball Recap: Thornton Wildcats vs. Kankakee Kays
Thornton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kankakee Kays. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Wildcats of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-19.
Thornton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Kankakee, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-8.
