West Central strolled into their game on Friday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They claimed a resounding 72-14 win over the Faith Christian Eagles. With the Trojans ahead 54-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.

Leading West Central to victory were Drea Villarreal and Nathan Peter. Villarreal rushed for 127 yards and three TDs on only 12 carries, while Peter threw for 120 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Teagen Holle made the highlight reel by snagging an interception and taking it all the way to the house.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: West Central was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 266 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 180 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.
