Basketball Game Preview: Twinsburg Tigers vs. Harding Raiders

The Twinsburg Tigers will take on the Harding Raiders at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Twinsburg is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Steele 56-22. Given the Tigers' advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 69th, while the Comets are ranked 553rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, Harding had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 35.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. They skirted past the Vikings 33-31. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Raiders have posted since December 22, 2023.

Twinsburg has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-7 record this season. Harding's victory bumped their record up to 14-9.
