Basketball Recap: New Bern Christian Academy Now 14-1 over Last 15 Games

New Bern Christian Academy won the last time they faced Gramercy Christian, and KC Peter did his part to make sure it happened again. New Bern Christian Academy enjoyed a cozy 53-34 win over the Gramercy Christian Warriors on Tuesday thanks in part to Peter, who almost dropped a double-double on 16 points and nine boards. The match was his fourth in a row with at least ten points.

Aiden Britt also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in points (ten).

Gramercy Christian lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Malachi Tribble, who posted eight points along with ten rebounds and three blocks. Diego De Hoyos was another key player, putting up 11 points and five boards.

New Bern Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-4 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.1 points per game. As for Gramercy Christian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-12.
