The Fort Wayne Wayne Generals started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against the Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger Saints. They took a 21-10 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Saints on Friday. Fort Wayne Wayne has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Marcus Cooper threw for 52 yards on four of ten attempts. Harold Mack was his top target, picking up 49 receiving yards and no touchdowns. On the ground, Jacob Sharin rushed for 89 yards.
Fort Wayne Bishop Dwenger got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Ethan Springer out in front who threw for 153 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Caleb Lehrman did his part to keep the secondary busy, picking up 84 receiving yards and a touchdown.
