Basketball Recap: Cape Elizabeth Comes Up Short

Cape Elizabeth was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were dealt a 75-46 defeat at the hands of the Greely Rangers. The Capers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-22.

Cape Elizabeth's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Greely, they pushed their record up to 9-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cape Elizabeth will welcome Fryeburg at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Greely, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Schenck at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
