The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Red Flashes considering their one-run performance the matchup before.
Austin Thompson was a standout: he scored three runs while going 2-for-2. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in runs. Jacob Cooper was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
