Baseball Recap: Cloudland's Win Ends 13-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Cloudland hadn't done well against Unaka recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Highlanders had just enough and edged out the Rangers 8-7. This was a revenge game for the Highlanders: when they faced off against the Rangers on Thursday, they had to take a 17-16 loss.

The team relied heavily on Bryson Peppers, who scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in RBI (two). Jacob Stinnett was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.
