Basketball Recap: Caddo Mills Comes Up Short

Caddo Mills won a close one the last time they played, but unfortunately they suffered a serious change of fortune on Tuesday. They were dealt a 76-44 loss at the hands of the Paris Wildcats. While losing is never fun, the Foxes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1078th, while the Wildcats are ranked 221st).

Caddo Mills' defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Paris, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 14-5.

Caddo Mills will host Ford at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Paris, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Paris Wildcats duke it out with the North Lamar Panthers at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Paris' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matchups.
