Basketball Recap: Liberty Bell Comes Up Short

Liberty Bell lost against Brewster back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Liberty Bell Mountain Lions were outmatched by the Brewster Bears and fell 61-18. The game marked the Mountain Lions' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Liberty Bell is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-8. As for Brewster, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Liberty Bell will venture away from home to challenge Bridgeport at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Brewster, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Lakeside at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Brewster's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last four contests.
