Basketball Recap: Riverside Comes Up Short

Riverside was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were dealt a 67-40 loss at the hands of the Toppenish Wildcats.

Riverside's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Toppenish, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-2.

Looking ahead, Riverside won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Seattle Christian at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Toppenish, they also won't have to wait long for more action: they'll take on Port Angeles at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
