Softball Recap: Napoleon Comes Up Short

Napoleon lost against Bryan back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Wildcats lost 8-1 to the Golden Bears.

Napoleon saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carmen Rupp, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Napoleon's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6-1. As for Bryan, they pushed their record up to 8-2 with the win, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.

Napoleon wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 6-2 loss against Clay on the 23rd. As for Bryan, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 10-0 victory against Liberty Center on the 24th.
