Football Recap: North Olmsted Takes a Loss

North Olmsted lost against Midview back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Eagles took a 27-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Middies.

Marcus McMahon was a one-man wrecking crew For Midview. as he rushed for 155 yards and a pair of touchdowns, and also picked up 85 receiving yards and one score. McMahon's longest reception was for an incredible 86 yards. Another player making a difference was Shay Williams, who rushed for 65 yards and one TD on only six carries.

North Olmsted's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Midview, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Olmsted will square off against Steele at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Midview, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Elyria Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
