Volleyball Recap: Ridgeline Now 7-1 over Last Eight Games

Ridgeline won the last time they faced Cheney and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Falcons blew past the Blackhawks 3-0.

Ridgeline not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Cheney between 14 and 17 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-14, 25-14.

Ryan Libey paced Ridgeline's offense, picking up nine kills. Libey were helped by Amy Rose and Sophia Campbell, who contributed 16 assists each. Finally, Libey was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high six blocks.

Ridgeline is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season. As for Cheney, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Ridgeline will head out to take on Pullman at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cheney, they will face off against Shadle Park at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
