Connor Blackwell was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off four hits. What's more, he gave up only three walks, the fewest he's had since back in February of 2024. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 4-for-4 with four runs, three RBI, and one triple. Red Level is undefeated when Blackwell posts two or more runs, but 1-2 otherwise.
