Football Game Preview: Circle vs. Powder River County

If the MaxPreps national rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Circle. They will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Powder River County. Powder River County will need to watch out since Circle have now posted big point totals in their last three contests.

Last week, Circle put the finishing touches on their 3rd blowout victory of the season. They were fully in charge, breezing past St. Labre Indian Catholic 72-12.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 26-68, which was the final score in Powder River County's tilt against Fairview. This makes it the second loss in a row for Powder River County.

Circle's win lifted them to 3-1 while Powder River County's defeat dropped them down to 1-2. We'll see if Circle's success rolls on or if Powder River County are able to steal their positive momentum.
