Stem Preparatory Academy's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Pearl-Cohn as they made off with a 7-0 win. Give Stem Preparatory Academy's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Meanwhile, Hillsboro entered their tilt with McGavock on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Raiders. Given Hillsboro's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee soccer rankings (they are ranked 15th, while McGavock are ranked 120th) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.
