Softball Recap: West Takes a Loss

Monday just wasn't the day for West's offense. They came up short against the Knoxville Central Bobcats on Monday, falling 12-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Rebels in their meetings with the Bobcats: they've now lost seven in a row.

West's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Knoxville Central, their win was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-4.

West wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 12-2 defeat against Christian Academy of Knoxville on the 29th. As for Knoxville Central, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 5-2 victory against Jefferson County on the 29th.
