Basketball Recap: Manchester Comes Up Short

Manchester lost against Fairfield two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Manchester Greyhounds were outmatched by the Fairfield Lions and fell 70-34. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Greyhounds have suffered since December 28, 2023.

Manchester's loss dropped their record down to 11-11. As for Fairfield, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 16-6.

Coming up, Manchester will take on South Gallia at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Fairfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
