Softball Preview: Model Blue Devils vs. Fannin County Rebels
Model is 9-1 against Fannin County since August of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Model Blue Devils will head out to square off against the Fannin County Rebels at 5:00 p.m.

Baylen Robinson stepped up to lead a balanced group of hitters: she scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Savanah Minshew, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-4.
Meanwhile, Fannin County entered their tilt with Towns County with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They never let the Indians onto the board and left with an 8-0 win on Thursday.
Callie Ensley was incredible, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and a triple. The team also got some help courtesy of Myla Rogers, who scored two runs and stole two bases.
Model now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Fannin County, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Model has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.3 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Fannin County struggles in that department as they've been averaging 6. The only question left is which team can snag more.
