Softball Recap: Sage Creek Bobcats vs. Olympian Eagles

Sage Creek posted their closest win since February 25th on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Olympian Eagles, sneaking past 5-4. This was payback for the Bobcats, who suffered a 12-7 loss the last time these two teams met.

Kaimana Coleman was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with two doubles, one run, and one RBI. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in May of 2024. Torii Ramirez was another key player, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run.

Sage Creek was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .438. They are 4-2 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

The victory got Sage Creek back to even at 8-8-1. As for Olympian, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-10-1.

Looking ahead, Sage Creek will square off against Mission Vista at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Olympian, they will take on Eastlake at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
