Baseball Recap: Seminole Comes Up Short

Seminole managed to slip by Lyman the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Seminoles lost 10-2 to the Greyhounds on Friday.

Seminole saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jeyrel Rivera, who went 1-for-3 with one double and one RBI. Lazarus Mitchell also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Seminole's loss dropped their record down to 5-16. As for Lyman, their victory bumped their record up to 8-14.

Coming up, Seminole will be playing at home against Oviedo at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Lyman, they will venture away from home to face off against Leesburg at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
