Volleyball Recap: Collins Takes a Loss

Collins lost against Oldham County back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Titans fell just short of the Colonels by a score of 3-2.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Collins sadly wound up on the wrong side. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-27, 25-17, 24-26, 17-15.

Among those leading the charge was Alex William, who had 12 digs.

Collins' loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Oldham County, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Collins will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Anderson County at 7:30 p.m. This will be the Titans' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Oldham County, they have already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Scott on the 23rd.
