Volleyball Recap: Churubusco Eagles vs. Whitko Wildcats
Churubusco barely beat Whitko the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Eagles blew past the Wildcats 3-0 on Tuesday. The Eagles not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 24, 2024 (when they won 3-0).
Churubusco never let Whitko on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-17, 25-20.
Churubusco found their leader in sophomore Cora Boersema, who had five digs and four aces.
